Booking a Prep4Live Event is as easy as 1-2-3

2. Talk It Over
To best meet your needs, please reserve a time to discuss your chosen format, focus, and topics with Dr. Thurber. As you plan your event, consider:

3. Reserve Your Date
After finalizing the details of your Prep4Live event, you will receive a Letter of Agreement to review and sign. To complete your booking, please:
- Review your Letter of Agreement
- Sign and return your Agreement
- Mail or wire a 50% deposit
- Distribute handouts to your team
- Call (603) 557-8111 with questions
Your booking is finalized only after your deposit is received. An electronic invoice, with payment instructions, will be emailed to you after your Agreement is finalized.
