Ending Racism Begins with Cross-Cultural AgilityChris
Mrs. Diane Riley and Dr. Ivan Koshevoy are crushing stereotypes by bringing together gifted children from all over Russia. They are the Head and Deputy Head of Boarding at the Letovo School, which opened in 2018. The only school of its kind in Russia, Letovo is a British-model, boarding secondary school that actively recruits students from all across Russia’s 17,098,242 sq km, offering scholarships to any whose families cannot afford tuition. Every student is an intellectual powerhouse, but they differ in interests, ethnicity, religion, and socioeconomic status. With their hand-picked and highly trained team, Mrs. Riley and Dr. Koshevoy have created a residential life curriculum that may hold the key to ending the kind of racism, sexism, and homophobia that fuels violence.
